Took it back and the counter guy said sometimes that happens. Told him I wasn’t satisfied with that so he got a mechanic who said that’s the way it was before. So I asked if he worked on it. He said no, but they all are like that. Well, I think they are he said... Mine wasn’t! Still no reply after email sent to Bo @ 9:14am 11/1 - Now 6pm 11/2 More
I had 2 recalls on my used Chevy Malibu I took it in to get the recalls done. We live over an hour away. They completed the recalls called to say car was finished. I get there to pick up the car and stopped to get gas and got stranded in the cold. When I stopped the car it would not shift into park I shut the engine off to try to see what was wrong but the car would not shift on the dash the shift lever was moving but not on the indicator on the dash. I called the dealership the manager said they would have to send a tow truck to get me. I had to wait for over 45 minutes in the cold stranded until the toe service showed up. The manager called and told me they was closing to fill our a drop box envelope to put my keys in and they would have to look at it in the morning. The safety feature would not allow the engine to start because it was showing the car wasn't in park.. My family had to tun around and come back and get me and we had to make another trip for an hour one way. I asked the manager don't the technican guys make sure the car is operational before you call to say it is fixed. Manager stated well he did put it into gear to pull it outside. Manager advised after looking at the car the clip from the shifter came undone. One of the recalls was on the shift cable. The manager apologized but no compensation for all the hassle. No loaner car no solution for any of it just sorry we messed up, we will call you when it's done for you to come back. More
The bodyshop is top notch. Recently made contact with a deer and it did some damage. When I picked it back up needless to say the van looked brand new and the paint job is flawless and a perfect match. The deer and it did some damage. I had my 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 serviced because of a previous problem that was fixed, but not completely. It was the left rear door locking mechanism that had failed, & it was brought to my attenti of a previous problem that was fixed, but not completely. It was the left rear door locking mechanism that had failed, & it was brought to my attention from Brad in the Service Dept. that it had been almost 3 yrs. ago. A fastener needed to be tightened to complete the process of fixing the problem. Brad, Bruce, & the Technician helped to solve the rattling noise that I've had for a long time. Thank you Everyone! Overall, this is an excellent dealership. I have purchased 3 trucks there, and get all my service done there. I have also used the body shop twice with good results. Although the most recent repair of front end collision damage resulted in the hood not being properly aligned. This required an inconvenient return of the vehicle, but they willingly fixed the problem correctly and provided a free-of-charge new car for my use during the repair. Handled very professionally with satisfactory results in the end. More

I had trouble with my car warranty Concord Auto being dishonest and my service technician Brad and his boss went the extra mile speaking with them. It didn't do much good, but that isn't Coughlin's fault dishonest and my service technician Brad and his boss went the extra mile speaking with them. It didn't do much good, but that isn't Coughlin's fault... But I think it is important to note they went the extra mile and did everything they could for me. I would definitely recommend using them because they put customers first! More

Great service experience Bought my Yukon XL Denali from Steve M. in Newark (Great experience as well). It has been service at both Pataskala (horrible experience last time) a Bought my Yukon XL Denali from Steve M. in Newark (Great experience as well). It has been service at both Pataskala (horrible experience last time) and Newark (Great experience both times). I will focus this review on Newark. Brought the vehicle in for one of the included oil changes and to have a couple minor warranty issues looked into. They were able to fix both issues and the oil change in 1/2 a day and they found another issue as well that was covered. I felt that John actually listened to my concerns instead of blowing me off like Pataskala did, which was refreshing, and I think it helped to actually get to the root cause of the issue. I would definitely be back to Newark, even though it is quite a bit more out of the way, but it seems to be worth the drive. A side note, Pataskala used to service my Buick many times without issue, so it may have been a one time problem there as well. More
