Hi Matt, Randy finally called us this morning and we are working to get the problems resolved. Randy said he will send someone to drop off a rental car at my home and pick up this car to get the door fixed. He said he will also refund my payment for the oil change which I will check my credit card on Monday to see if a refund is there. Hopefully these all go well. Once everything is resolved to my satisfaction, I will remove or put a follow up comment on all the review sites I posted to. Thanks, Donna
