Bad service I was lied to took my Dodge Ram in for service and tire rotation since people try and rip older people off and being an ex mechanic I marked my tires I was lied to took my Dodge Ram in for service and tire rotation since people try and rip older people off and being an ex mechanic I marked my tires when they were done with my truck I checked my tires and the marks were still in the same location when I asked them they told me they had rotated them and when I told them about the marks they still insisted they had so they were calling me a liar and never even asked to see the marks on my tires they will never see my truck again and I won’t be buying another vehicle from a coughlin dealership More

I lost an allen wrench for my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo that was a special tool for my luggage rack- a Mopar part. My local delaer said I would have to buy a whole new rack for $260.00 to get anoth Laredo that was a special tool for my luggage rack- a Mopar part. My local delaer said I would have to buy a whole new rack for $260.00 to get another wrench - they don't come seperately and are a custom tool. I called Chrysler in Michigan for help. They called all their Columbus area dealers. Only Coughlin could help and they gave me a wrench free of charge. I am not even their customer. Very friendly and eager to help a customer in need. More
