In addition, they ask for feedback on how they are doing and contact you for further review if necessary. The ease of setting an appointment to drop off and pick up. VERY PROFESSIONAL & EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been purchasing my cars and leases from Jim Miller for the last 40 years...he has always been responsive to my needs and played none of the typ I have been purchasing my cars and leases from Jim Miller for the last 40 years...he has always been responsive to my needs and played none of the typical sales gimmicks you find with most car dealerships. When I am ready to trade cars, I call Jim; I tell him what I am interested in, he listens...then makes it happen. I have also sent many of my friends and colleagues to him; and, they have received the same professional treatment and become his regular repeat customer. If a service or warranty issues arises and I question whether I'm being treated professionally by the relevant personnel, I call Jim and he handles it by cutting through the red tape and reduces any inconvenience that the issue causes me. THANKS JIM, once again you have made this experience of purchasing a car WONDERFUL and EXCITING! Rest assured, I will be back when I need a vehicle. Dr. DEM More
Very disappointed in service. This is our second KIA and we were anticipating purchasing another in the not too distant future. We recently tried to replace the tires on my 2008 K This is our second KIA and we were anticipating purchasing another in the not too distant future. We recently tried to replace the tires on my 2008 Kia Sorento at a tire franchise, and discovered that the "wheel lock" tool had never been replaced the last time we replaced the tires. Husband called Coughlin who will replace the tires but will not sell or otherwise make available the wheel lock tool. This is a SAFETY issue - what happens when there is a flat and we can't remove the tire?? Very disappointed. More
perfect I walked in on Friday night at 5:55 pm and they closed at 6pm. Jim was wonderful and sstayed late with us and 2 other customers and made the sales. Very poor parts service First call took over 3 minutes for parts service to answer the phone. When I asked about my part they needed the vin number to look up the part so I h First call took over 3 minutes for parts service to answer the phone. When I asked about my part they needed the vin number to look up the part so I had to hang up to get the vin number. I then called back and was sent to their Chey parts department that gentleman then had to transfer me to the Kia parts department. Well I give the same gentleman the vin number and after 5 minutes he said that he was not able to find the part and that the person was out to lunch that knew more about finding the part. I then got on the Internet and found the part and number that I needed took about 3 minutes. So called back to see if i could Oder the part and was put on hold for over 10 minutes this time no one ever answered the phone. I just want to say THANKS for the great service. OH by the way I order it off the internet . Thanks again!!!!! More
