The friendliest service department - ever! I just took my Cascada in for its first oil change/tire rotation. The service representatives were friendly, funny, and very professional. Plus - th I just took my Cascada in for its first oil change/tire rotation. The service representatives were friendly, funny, and very professional. Plus - there was no charge. They told me that the first 2 oil change visits are free - and I did not purchase my car from this dealership. If their sales people are as great as their service people, I will definitely purchase my next car from Coughlin! More
Service department is understaffed I believe the guys at the service department is doing the best they can with the time they have. They did a great job on my truck getting it repaired I believe the guys at the service department is doing the best they can with the time they have. They did a great job on my truck getting it repaired in good time. However, it has been pretty consistent having a hard time getting return phone calls. I am familiar with and recognize when staff is made to handle more than what is proper. Unfortunately, this is happening in much of the industry. More

Service after warranty Purchased used Silverado with the agreement that it had good batteries. Two months after sale batteries started to lose charge. Spoke with my salesman Purchased used Silverado with the agreement that it had good batteries. Two months after sale batteries started to lose charge. Spoke with my salesman and the manager. Sales remembered the conversation. Manager suggested I buy one battery and he would buy the other and he would install them for me (no labor charge). That’s great service after the sale. My next truck will come from them. More

Battery died It was great as always. Was in bind. Battery died. Live in Columbus but do everything at Marysville where I bought the car. Was just going to have loc It was great as always. Was just going to have local Chrysler dealership do the battery, but would be 2 days to get the battery. Called Coughlin and got in same day. Was so thankful only charged $50 for labor ones in Columbus was around $100. Thanks as always. More

So frustrated! Went to have 2 recalls done on my Journey, called a week ahead so they could get parts ordered, dropped car off and had to find way to work. No phone Went to have 2 recalls done on my Journey, called a week ahead so they could get parts ordered, dropped car off and had to find way to work. No phone call saying it was done, chanced picking it up before 5, only to find out they didn't order parts for one recall now I have to bring it back and find way to work again. Also, no paperwork done at all, had to pick out my own keys from box, guys name in computer that says he's the one that did the recall, swears he didn't do it so someone had to lie about that in computer. Worst service department I've ever dealt with. And now I have to go back! Ugh! More
