When I came into Coughlin Toyota to test drive an SUV, my experience with Ben was the same as on the phone. He did not push me to purchase, and again answered all of my questions. Great overall experience! I was looking to replace my good (older) reliable Tundra, with a nice used but newer and more custom truck. I love the Tundra looks and great engine/ I was looking to replace my good (older) reliable Tundra, with a nice used but newer and more custom truck. I love the Tundra looks and great engine/mechanical reliability, so when I saw a nice lifted '13 at Coughlin Toyota, I stopped to take a look. Unfortunately, they also had a totally customized '15 that they used for year end promotions, and still new with warrantly, etc. I pinged the dealership, Ben Parks replied, and I met to drive most of their lifted/custom inventory. That same day, I drove off with the '15, completely built by their own Coughlin lift shop, including a life time warranty on the Fox lift kit. It rides and handles like stock, but with all the stance, wheels and tires of a mini-monster truck. Ben and the entire Coughlin crew were professional, friendly and enjoyable with which to do business. If you're looking truck, stock or custom, or for any of their dealer brands, I'd recommend their dealership. A great experience, via excellent service from excellent people. More
