I have come to Coulter NIssan since I moved to the Surprise area 5 years ago. The Service Department has always been prompt and professional about fixing/servicing my 2013 Sentra. At my last service visit, I was out in the showroom looking at the 2023 Sentra when Preston approached me. He talked about the Sentra, but I said I wanted to upgrade to the Altima since I had owned 4 Sentras since 1992. He asked some pertinent questions, look at his inventory and we went to look at the car on the lot. He explained various aspects of the car and then we went for drive. When we came back he worked up a fair pricing. Nick inn service let me know that my car as ready. I called about buying the car but found out it had been sold but Terry said he would look for a replacement, which he called back in short order and said he had found one. Purchased the car on the 28th August. Miguel Avila was very thorough in doing the initial paperwork and showing us the actual car, as well as showing how the "tech" worked on the car (10 years since I had bought a new car.). Mohammed Jasim did our finances. While he made it fun and bearable, it still took time. I had a lot of trouble e-writing my name. This visit was my wife's first to the dealership. She was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the decor. I would recommend Coulter NIssan to a friend if they were interested in buying a car. More
