Customer service I purchased a vehicle from the Nissan dealership in Surprise. Out of all the cars I have purchased this is the first time that my salesperson was trul I purchased a vehicle from the Nissan dealership in Surprise. Out of all the cars I have purchased this is the first time that my salesperson was truly a great one. She did exactly what she said she would do. She was patient, very informational, her memory was on point with what things I needed to have in the vehicle. She didn’t get frustrated with me at having to test drive numerous vehicles. She wasn’t a bulldozer like most are. She was honest and that is important. There was no pressure and she stayed with me through the entire process. That is why I walked away with a vehicle from here. Danielle was awesome at what she does! My finance person was also great Mohammed Jason. Thank you both for the great service! More

I found a car that I wanted on their website and used their tool to work a deal I submitted the deal and was contacted by one of their salespeople James to schedule an appointment to get in and got a deal done. I expressed to him at the time that I did not want to waste my time spending four to five hours at a dealership that instead I'd like to get everything figured out now so that I could walk into the dealership and walk out with my vehicle I did not need to work a deal I found the vehicle I wanted and I was happy with the price. He told me that we couldn't do it that way that I needed to come to the dealership so we set an appointment for 4 p.m. an hour prior to going to the dealership I called to confirm that the vehicle was still available and was told absolutely to come on down so we can get the car. Upon arrival James King greeted me and handed me off to a salesperson A salesperson took me to a desk said they were going to go get the keys then came back and told me that the car was gone they have been sold and was no longer available. Then as I expected they attempted to sell me a more expensive vehicle I specifically called to avoid this situation but the people here decided that my time was not worth anything and they would rather get a person through the doors that they could then attempt to upsell rather than do the right thing and tell the person that the car was no longer available. If you're looking for honest people and an honest transaction I would say avoid this one. On a side note the salesperson James handed me off to his name was Jan and he was absolutely fantastic I can't say the same for James and Steve More
