OUTSTANDING Customer Service Experience!!! The customer service that I received from Paul Damiano and Jane Welsh was OUTSTANDING!!! I was looking for a special color Dodge SRT Charger that was The customer service that I received from Paul Damiano and Jane Welsh was OUTSTANDING!!! I was looking for a special color Dodge SRT Charger that was hard to find. I contacted 2 other Dodge dealerships (Newark Dodge, and Dulles Dodge) but they were not willing to work with me. However, when I contacted Country Dodge, I was first assisted by Jane Welsh (the Internet Sales Consultant) who was exceptionally helpful to me, and did everything she possibly could to try and assist me. She was patient with listening to me as I described the car and inquired about how I can go about getting the car even though Country Dodge didn't have the car available on their lot at the time. Jane went above and beyond to assist me and get as much information for me as she could. She then linked me with Sales Professional, Paul Damiano. Mr. Damiano was diligent with helping me to get the exact car that I was looking for. Paul and the Country staff even went as far as having the car transported from a dealership in Virginia for me. I can't thank Paul, Jane and the Country staff enough for the outstanding customer service that they gave me from beginning to end. And I highly recommend them for anyone looking to purchase a car. Once we made our decision he made sure we ended up with exactly what we wanted. When it came time to sign all the paperwork it was already ready prepared and we finished all the paperwork in less than 20 minutes. Before leaving the dealership Paul gave us an in depth "training session" on all the electronics and features of the vehicle. Some of which we may never have figured out on our own. Country Dodge Goes the Extra Mile I recently purchased a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan from Country Dodge in Oxford, Pa. From the first contact with the dealership through Online Sales Mana I recently purchased a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan from Country Dodge in Oxford, Pa. From the first contact with the dealership through Online Sales Manager Courtney Mills to the vehicle acquisition and financing through Sales Representative Paul Damiano, I experienced knowledgeable and efficient professionals. With so many variables in used vehicles, I wanted to feel assured that if any problems were identified with the vehicle after purchase that Country Dodge would make the corrections. They truly walked the talk with the 30-day warranty on the vehicle. They replaced the front brakes, rotors, battery and cooling/heating air hose at no charge. Terry and Marty in the service department were great about making sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner for us. Scott McCullough, the service manager, supported them with all requests for parts replacement and labor required for the work. Our Grand Caravan is driving great and we have peace of mind that our three children are safe in our reliable vehicle. We are grateful and very appreciative of how far the entire team at Country Dodge has gone to make sure my young family has the vehicle they need.
