But from the time my husband spoke to Scott, to the great welcome and service we received from Ashley our sales associate and the other staff, we were pleasantly surprised. It was a quiet afternoon and she showed us all the options in your lot. She was very patient with my husband and asked us both what we were looking for in a vehicle. That was a nice change because sometimes the sales staff at other locations seen ignore me and what I want in a car. We knew it was going to take some time but it went quickly and almost effortlessly. Ashley even took us on a tour of your service department. So all in all we were extremely satisfied and pleasantly surprised with the service we received at this facility. More

The GM Bill and the Sales Manager Mike P where quick and fair in our negotiation of price. When I deciced on the model, they went to work on the financing. It was quick and painless. I recently wrote a bad review for a horrible experience my daughter and I experienced at Country Hyundai. After the review I was contacted by Griffin Paquette, the Customer Service Coordinator for Count my daughter and I experienced at Country Hyundai. Through several email and phone conversations, and reluctance on my part, my daughter and I agreed to meet with Griffin to possibly see if a deal could be reached. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Scott, a long time salesman and by Griffin. Griffin asked that we work with Scott to answer any questions we might have regarding a new Elantra. Scott was wonderful. He thoroughly explained every part of this car to my daughter and me. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure he answered all of our questions. After taking us on a test drive we decided to purchase the car. Scott handled this process flawlessly. He then introduced us to Ryan, the Finance Manager who although was new did a nice job explaining all of the options to us. After completing the paperwork Scott rejoined us and introduced us to the Service Manager. Shortly after that our car was ready for my daughter to drive home. Although the experience we had initially was not the best, I would recommend Country Hyundai to anyone. I would especially recommend Scott, as he did a really nice job handling all of the sales aspect. I cannot say enough about Griffin either. She went above and beyond with us to make sure my daughter got the car she wanted. I would not hesitate to deal with the people I mention in this review again if/when I go looking for a new car. I was very pleased with my experience!!! I went just to browse the vechiles not having any intentions on purchasing anything. I told him that I was referred to hyundai by Griffin P who told me "country" would help in anyway possible. Scott went through the paper work with ease and answered any questions i had along the way. I told him of my budget and what kind of car I was looking for. He pulled up a Toyota Corolla and we took it for a spin. When I came back from the drive i was pleased but after Mike P crunched the numbers the car did not fit in my budget. This was a little discouraging but much to my surprise the awesome team at country hyundai kept pushing on. Scott then came to me and said he will figure something out that would be within my budget. They then pulled up a 2010 Hyundai Elantra!! WOW! I was impressed. This car is my new love!! So sharp on the outside and and crispy clean on the inside! Whoever details the cars should know that I say THANK YOU! It was gorgeous. We then took that car for a test drive. I was very impressed of how patient everyone was with me even though it was later in the day and this was the second car. I then was approached with the numbers on this car and it was completly within my budget and the down payment price was amazing to! I did need my mother to co-sign and Scott helped along with that whole process as well. Staying patient and explaining everything. We then met with Lee and went over all the paper work which was explained step by step so we knew what we were signing. I went home that evening knowing that in the afternoon of the next day I would have a brand new car!! coming from a car that sometimes wouldnt start, had no heat and was so small!! (and yet they still gave me a trade credit). I was so excited I couldnt sleep. Scott called me and told me that everything was ready for pick up.He brought me back to the service department and introduced me to everyone to set up for my next oil change they told me of all the different options so im prepared for anything. They do the insurance swap for you and the registration so you can just drive off the lot! They also gave me a paid slip to go and get my car inspected for free. I LOVE COUNTRY HYUNDAI! I'm telling all my friends to go and get a upgrade and to ask for Scott!! He was amazing! This is the best feeling I have had in a long time, knowing I can get to point A to point B with no trouble..Go to country hyundai and have a great experience like i did!
