Ryan was an absolute pleasure to work with. I arrived at the dealership shortly before closing on a Saturday afternoon, after enduring two hours of pain at another dealership in the Valley who I arrived at the dealership shortly before closing on a Saturday afternoon, after enduring two hours of pain at another dealership in the Valley who I've done business with for nearly twenty years and who wasted my time on a vehicle listed for a specific price on their website which they absolutely refused to sell for that price, or anything close to it. So, I was fried when I arrived at Country Hyundai. I have never purchased a Hyundai before. I'm one of those guys who's lived by Consumer Reports for ~25 years so generally go for the most historically reliable brands. But I've noticed over the past few years Hyundai's marks have progressively risen, so decided to give them a shot. Well, all I can say is that Ryan was a godsend. Just a no-nonsense guy who immediately tracked down a vehicle they actually had in their inventory and for a lease price as advertised. I was in and out of the place in about an hour and 5-6 days later when I went to pick up my car, everything was completely ready, and I was only there a few minutes. Ryan, like me, seems like a "car guy"---someone who actually appreciates well-engineered machines and does the requisite research to know what he's talking about when it comes to different brands. But most importantly, Ryan came to this sale with me absent any ego. Just a genuinely nice guy laser-focused on problem solving, i.e., getting a willing buyer into an available vehicle for a reasonable price. Couldn't ask for more. I've been buying new cars for 30 years and Ryan is at the top of the pack for best car salesmen I've dealt with. More
