Thank you, Country Hyundai, for making my experience reserving and purchasing my Ioniq 5 so smooth. Although there were some production/delivery delays, I understand that those were outside of the loca reserving and purchasing my Ioniq 5 so smooth. Even Carla generously took time out of her busy schedule to update me on the status of the car, and to help me get exactly the trim level and color that we wanted, despite very limited inventory (due to COVID). The sales agent (Tim!) brought the car to my office so that I could test drive it during my lunch break. He even volunteered to come into work during his day off to help us when our schedule was tight. Dealing with the finance team was a breeze too! My family and I just LOVE this car!
