I have been in touch with Amber who said that she forwarded my initial email to you. I purchased a certified pre-owned 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe from your dealership and picked it up on Friday 8/16/19. I was not happy that I was only given 1 key. It is not just a key as you know, but a key fob and they are expensive. I have been inquiring about getting 1 ever since and I have hit a wall. I was told that the managers said to tell me to reach out to Scott (salesman) which I did and he said he was working on it. Amber has been working tirelessly on my behalf since 8/16/19. She has been AMAZING!!! She met me in Agawam with my license when I inadvertently left it in the car after my test drive; I received no mats for the car and she worked diligently in finding me some and again brought them to me. She is outstanding at her job but she is now at a standstill because she is not receiving any support from management about the key. How is she supposed to make sure that people have an exceptional experience if she herself is being stonewalled? I was also frustrated and at a loss to see that the vehicle didn't have a full tank of gas and was not detailed properly at all; there were stains on the seat and on the door and the windows were filthy. They took care of the stains the best they could while I waited. On top of that, the car had yet to be inspected even though we had made the appointment to pick it up on 8/16/19 at 9:00 on the 8th of August. Plenty of time in my opinion to do what is needed. I also had no wiper fluid and the coolant was low. I am hoping that you can help me. Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you. Tracy I also left my phone number. Today is 10/25/19 and I still have not heard a word. Very disappointed. with the exception of the salesman who offered to give me $50.00 towards the key and Amber who was and continues to try and help me. More
Wonderful Experience! I recently picked up my new Hyundai Elantra from Country Hyundai in Northampton. Although I am acquainted with the owner, she turned over the details I recently picked up my new Hyundai Elantra from Country Hyundai in Northampton. Although I am acquainted with the owner, she turned over the details of my requirements for the car to her sales agent Scott Peters. Then I was directed to the business manager Chris Schultz. The final delivery of the car was performed by Amber Brainerd. I am sure I could never express how pleased I am with all three of these people. They were most pleasant and very patient as I had a glitch with my credit. (I had to freeze it a few years ago due to a very bad hacking.) I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! More

Wonderful service by Bill. Showed us the car & how it was rated. Took a test drive & explained the options in the car. Amber was great as well when we went to pick up the Kona. Deceptive sales and way overpriced. I purchased a new Hyundia Tuscon from them. I was never told it was a Demo with 6400 plus miles on it. I thought it had 64 miles, my big mistake. I was charge for a brand new car not for a used car. I never would believe a sales person would not disclose that fact to a perspective buyer. I paid way to much...my error. I called to discussed this with management, I was told they would get back to me with and answer to my question (Why was I charged for a brand new car?)...still waiting. BUYER BEWARE AT COUNTRY HYUNDIA. More
