Great customer service I was in the market for a used car under $10,000, and ended up with a beautiful like-new 2017 Ford Focus with 10k miles for not much more than that. They were sympathetic to my financial situation, and somehow found a financing plan that worked for me without having to come up with a co-signer. Everyone was transparent with what the whole process entailed, and made everything as easy as possible for me. Even if I had not ended up with the car I did, I would have pursued purchasing another from this dealer, since they were so friendly and easy to work with. An Amazing Exprience Thank you Scott Peters and Country Hyundai. This is my second purchase from Country Hyundai. He was very easy to work with so when my daughter decided to purchase a new car, we took the drive from Springfield MA to Country Hyundai in Northampton MA to find Scott. We spent a few hours talking about what we were both looking for and test driving our soon to be vehicles. Needless to say, my daughter and I both left with great deals and purchasing two new vehicles. Scott is so great! I've known Scott Peter's since 2014. My Mom bought her first Hyundai from him. Scott worked so hard and called me nonstop to try and get me to upgrade I've known Scott Peter's since 2014. My Mom bought her first Hyundai from him. Scott worked so hard and called me nonstop to try and get me to upgrade my Hyundai but I wasn't ready at the time. Fast forward to 2wks ago, my 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe had run its course and the only person I wanted to buy a car from was Scott. He is great, so personalable, and really works with you and for you. I've bought cars from more local dealerships in Springfield and they do not measure up to Country Hyundai. Frank and Chris are also wonderful! They're all so good that my Mom also upgraded her 2015 Tucson to the 2019 Tucson!! More
