The first dealership we went to was a large, very well known, local dealership. The experience we had there was so bad, that we didn't return to another dealership until hesitantly going into Country Hyundai in Northampton almost a year later. What an opposite experience!! Scott Peters was the salesman that greeted us at the door, and from then on we were treated with utmost respect and consumer care. He was warm, and informed, and not "pushy" in the way most dealers are...he knew what he was doing and he definitely led us, but if we had pushed back at all, I know he would have backed off and let us explore other options. The rest of the team was immensely helpful and Chris did everything he could to help get us financed at a great rate and for a reasonable price for what we got. And to say it's "one stop shopping" is an understatement. They literally took care of everything. We test drove on a Sunday, and I drove off the lot with my new car the following day. I would recommend this dealership and Scott Peters time and time again. Thanks everyone for a wonderful, first time, dealership-buying experience! Also, the showroom is clean, with a very roomy area to sit with tv, kids toys, (also very clean), and free refreshments. Even our 3 year old son had a wonderful experience with Scott!
