Customer service is friendly, the waiting area is clean and felt safe, and the work gets done quickly. I had a car wash requested as part of my service, but it looked like someone just sprayed the top of t and felt safe, and the work gets done quickly. I called to mention this 10 minutes after I left and the woman who answered the phone after about 30 seconds of ringing sounded very annoyed to be answering the phone. I just bought a new vehicle (another so/so experience here) and came in for mud flap installation. I was nice as pie (as usual) but was greeted with a rude attendant who had unnecessary attitude through here) and came in for mud flap installation. I was nice as pie (as usual) but was greeted with a rude attendant who had unnecessary attitude through our entire interaction. On top of that, the dealership refuses to acknowledge that my oil service interval for my car is 6000 miles and will only change my oil at 7500 miles +/- 1000. Nope, I will be listening to Hyundai's owners manual and changing mine at 5000-6000 at another dealership. I will not be back here. More
