I had one of the worst experiences working with the Finance Manager Vinny Ritorto. For over a month, I tried contacting him about cancelling my extended warranty because he did not provide me with the Finance Manager Vinny Ritorto. For over a month, I tried contacting him about cancelling my extended warranty because he did not provide me with the warranty we discussed when closing the deal. He confirmed that he made the mistake and that he would refund the full warranty amount given it was not what was agreed upon. I just received the refund and it was prorated as of last week, which means I incurred over a month of interest and service fees for a period that I didn't want the coverage. Very disappointed in this dealership and would not recommend to new customers given how they treat their current customers. More

Purchased a vehicle that had been serviced by County Ford. 2 hours after the purchase engine light came on. Took it to a local Ford dealer and they refused to work on it. Was told County needed to fix t Ford. 2 hours after the purchase engine light came on. Took it to a local Ford dealer and they refused to work on it. Was told County needed to fix their screw up. I was told they either broke a part when they were putting it bac together and opted to leave the broken part or they put it back together incorrectly. It went back to them fo a week and a half to be repaired. Ran fine with no issues for 2 weeks. Engine light came back on a few days ago. Took it to my local Ford dealer and they replaced a part directly related to the previous repair. That was 2 days ago. Guess what, engine light came back on. County Ford does less than subpar repairs. This is absolutely ridiculous for a vehicle to have problems directly related to their crappy work. More
