I really enjoyed the assistance I got from Mr. Chad he was very Professional with my purchase of my Denali.. once we found out that there was an issue with the vehicle he made everything possible to get t was very Professional with my purchase of my Denali.. once we found out that there was an issue with the vehicle he made everything possible to get the problem corrected and fixed!! in my words Outstanding... when I finally turned my Denali in to get fixed there was a problem with my warranty being certified or not. The service man Zach was telling me it wasn't. But Chad Assured me it was fully certified. I was getting pissed off. But after checking the paper work it was determined that it was fully certified.. Zach was a different person and did everything he could to help me. I got a loaner car for about a week or so then I get a car from Chad asking me to return the loaner because it got sold really?? How can you sell a car when I had it over a week.. then while waiting for my car. I was texting Zach. Seams like they couldn't get the shocks for the Denali. So a few days later I was informed they got just the rear shocks.. but no front ones. So they put on the rear shocks. Now comes the B.S. couple of days later one front shock comes in one shock??? xxx. I said now this is not right.. but still waiting. I put the loaner part in to early in this message because while waiting for the second shock they called me about a $500.00 that I haven't paid yet.. then I had to give the loaner back cause it got sold.. so I said give me my Denali and I'll wait for the second shock.. they told me No.. cause the $500.00 wasn't Paid.. so right then I Paid the money and look xxx happens the second shock comes in the same dam day.. xxxxing really xxxxxxxx I said.. but I got my Denali fix and left.. I'm still very disappointed with this whole process More
