I was getting emails for almost 2 months from on star about a battery issue, courtesy told me to dismiss the emails, I took the vehicle for check up because I continued getting the emails and they dismis about a battery issue, courtesy told me to dismiss the emails, I took the vehicle for check up because I continued getting the emails and they dismissed me, a bit over a months ago I took the vehicle for full service, less than 3 weeks later a message started piping out on the screen, “Service ESC”, set up an appointment, explain to them how often and when the message was popping out, they dismissed it, saying they couldn’t find nor replicate the issue. Took it to Bob Stall Chevrolet, they found that the system was sending a low battery voltage signal and that why the message kept popping out.. They replaced the battery and that stopped the message from popping out. Is upsetting that, courtesy not only got rid of all the loaner vehicles, that, while the vehicle is under warranty they have to provide you with a vehicle, had to borrow my dads truck and find a ride in the mean while, but they dismiss you as well, The first time I took it in when I started getting the battery issue emails, I had an appointment and was dismissed, sent home.. some things are beyond your control. Location hard to get to. Easy for car to be hit in dealership.
