First and foremost I know that my tires were not rotated because I was having a low pressure issue with my back right tire and the same tire is still showing low tire pressure in the same spot. So clearly all that was done was air was put into the tires. Second, I have had a squeak in my suspension that I have heard since about 3-6 months after I bought my car in 2019. The squeak has been coming from the front of the car and is noticeable to anyone driving or riding in the car. I was T-boned January 2021 in the back left tire and was told by Katrina that the technician listened to the squeak and bounced on it and that it is coming from that back left tire. When I asked if he drove the car, Katrina stuttered and said oh, uh, yeah and it's coming from the back left tire. I don't believe that the tech drove the car anywhere because if he had you can hear the squeak as soon as the steering wheel turns or the front not back tires bounce or go over any bump. Also, the back left tire is still in its same spot because there is a bump in the tire from the accident and it is still in the same location. I expected at least an acknowledgement of some possible issues in that location since the tires haven't been looked at since then. Third, I have been having an issue with my stereo and I don't know if it is CarPlay or the stereo but was told by Katrina that the tech looked at it and there was no issue. I was extremely clear when I said it happens when it is plugged in and then I cannot get it to connect via Bluetooth after the fact. Again it is apparent that the stereo wasn't truly evaluated because I told her where the cable was when I reported the issue at drop-off and when she called to tell me my car was done and brought up the stereo issue she had to ask if there was a cable in the car. I was told that Service would have my car overnight to completely evaluate it. I left my car a little before 9 am and was called at 1:20 pm to pick it up. I am beyond disappointed with the service. I was already upset about the Chevy Cruze being discontinued as of the 2019 that I purchased because of all of its issues. I've had to have a new engine put into the car due to shoddy, half-assed manufacturer's floor errors and now I can't even get decent service done to the car. Also, I purchased 3 oil change/tire rotation packages from Courtesy and I need to find out if these are good at another dealership, if they are not then I need a refund because I will not be returning to Courtesy for anything else.
