I dropped my truck off to have transmission analyzed. Dealership was going to keep it for over a week before it could even be seen by a transmission technician. i had to call and tell them I couldn’t le Dealership was going to keep it for over a week before it could even be seen by a transmission technician. i had to call and tell them I couldn’t leave it there just sitting. Dealership had no loaner vehicles available. When my truck was finally next in-line to be seen I had to call to ask. Then I had to call to check if my truck was fixed and ready for pick-up. I was told it was but done but then couldn’t get a ride to dealership so I had to wait until the next morning. It seems there is a serious manning shortage and communication is severely lacking. Something is broken at Courtesy. I’ve been taking my truck here since I bought it. I’ve never had any issues. Nothing but timeliness, courtesy and great communication. Courtesy needs to identify the problem or it’ll keep “snow-balling”. Very disappointed. More

Tanguy was great. He was easy going, knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to show me the features I was interested in and recognized when I was ready to move forward with the process.
