Really bad customer service, I took my car to get a smoke check, they made me wait for 5 hours stating it wouldn’t be long. Carmen the lady that had my paper work never came to let me know how it was going a check, they made me wait for 5 hours stating it wouldn’t be long. Carmen the lady that had my paper work never came to let me know how it was going and clocked out for the day leaving me clue less about my car, some one told me it had a leakage and that they didn’t do anything because it was out of warranty. If I would’ve have been told I could of paid for it, I was traveling during the week and I needed my car to be in perfect condition. I took it somewhere else where they actually take care of customers like me I will never take my car to this dealership again. That lady Carmen did not care about my safety on the road. More
