Well the service was fast. But the interaction with the service rep was not great. He was friendly but not knowledgeable. Also i was not made aware that my car was ready, i happened to walk by and see it service rep was not great. He was friendly but not knowledgeable. The sales people deserve the stars, however, the business practices are a little presumptuous and aggressive. Bought my car here. Service 3 times. First two excellent, last not so good. Very busy day i think created the problem.
