Dishonesty! Took my truck in the week before and had a ton of work done on the front end which was all covered under warranty. As soon as I picked it up and drove home, the air conditioner was blowing hot ton of work done on the front end which was all covered under warranty. As soon as I picked it up and drove home, the air conditioner was blowing hot air. Took it back to the dealer because the air conditioner worked perfectly before I had taken it in the first time. They first wanted to charge me $175 just to look at it but I had to make a stink about that because the air worked perfectly until I picked it up after the work was done. They waived the fee but then came back and said the condenser had a leak and it would be $1500. If the condenser really had a leak, it would of been noticeable before I had taken it in the first time for the front end work. Whether it was accidental or purposeful, it’s just too much of a coincidence that the air conditioning needed a repair right after I drove it home from the front end getting fixed. I had taken my truck there ask a few years ago as well and had $20 stolen from the center console. Shady business practices, especially in the service department. Will never take my truck there again and will never recommend it to anyone. More

An unfortunate series of events brought us together. Much could have been avoided had opinions been more focused on the real problem rather than that of those who opined. That is what drove us apart. Service was exceptional! Service Advisor Larry Cook successfully addressed a previous mechanical problem not corrected by previous Chevy Dealer Service Dept, out of state.
