For both times I was there, to drop off and to pick up my car, I was forgotten about while waiting. When I went to drop off my car, Larry came to help the cars behind me and forgot about me. I had to approach him after 20 minutes only for him to tell me "Sorry I thought you had already been helped". He gave me to Rafael to help me instead. After dropping off my car, it took 36 hours before I even heard that someone was starting to look at my car. The price to replace a part (that I don't feel was needing replacement on a 2016 vehicle) was over $1,000 so I declined. I paid $175 for labor. My coolant wasn't even replaced when I told him I'd like to do that. Also, in my online request and when talking to Rafael, I asked about replacing my bumper valance. He told me it may be protected under my warranty but that he'd let me know and give me an estimate when I talked to him in person. He didn't do that. When I asked him on the phone the next day, he told me he didn't know what I was talking about but that my warranty wouldn't cover it. Two days after dropping it off, I was told my car was ready so I came to pick it up. The front desk didn't have any paperwork on me, and when I told them Rafael did my service her response was "oh that makes sense he never brings the papers up here". She walkied him and got no response, then she left to grab them and came back and I paid. She walkied someone again to bring my car (no one responded on the walkie). I leave to wait, and 20 minutes go by so I go back to the desk, where she is surprised that I still hadn't gotten my car. She walkied someone again and finally got a response that someone was just washing it. I left there with a hosed down car that wasn't wiped dry at all, a loss of $175 for labor, and the worst experience I've ever had with a car service. I will be looking elsewhere for service in the future. More
Dishonesty! Took my truck in the week before and had a ton of work done on the front end which was all covered under warranty. As soon as I picked it up and drove home, the air conditioner was blowing hot ton of work done on the front end which was all covered under warranty. As soon as I picked it up and drove home, the air conditioner was blowing hot air. Took it back to the dealer because the air conditioner worked perfectly before I had taken it in the first time. They first wanted to charge me $175 just to look at it but I had to make a stink about that because the air worked perfectly until I picked it up after the work was done. They waived the fee but then came back and said the condenser had a leak and it would be $1500. If the condenser really had a leak, it would of been noticeable before I had taken it in the first time for the front end work. Whether it was accidental or purposeful, it’s just too much of a coincidence that the air conditioning needed a repair right after I drove it home from the front end getting fixed. I had taken my truck there ask a few years ago as well and had $20 stolen from the center console. Shady business practices, especially in the service department. Will never take my truck there again and will never recommend it to anyone. More

An unfortunate series of events brought us together. Much could have been avoided had opinions been more focused on the real problem rather than that of those who opined. That is what drove us apart. Overall, the car is doing well thus far but the same cannot be said for the feeling of reliability. Poor Larry , what a short stick of a draw that was but he came through I hope unscathed. Take care.
