Tanguay was friendly and helpful but I felt like the negotiating process with the other folks was insufferable. Solon, who I initially had an appointment with, wasn't even there when I arrived. Even though I was paying cash and had a firm price there was an overly annoying amount of back and forth as if they didn't understand what I was saying. I was walking away from the lot when they agreed to meet me on the price and sell the vehicle. I understand I'm a young woman buying my own vehicle but do not treat me like a child. And again, for a big purchase like this, I'm surprised the vehicle wasn't cleaned/detailed before driving/buying. It was dirty inside and out, even after they said they got it cleaned as I signed documents. This was certainly not the case. Not the best experience. And I would never buy a vehicle from here again. More
