Brought my vehicle in because it stopped working while I was driving and OnStar had it towed to what we found was the closest Chevrolet dealership. They told me they'd look at it but there were only 3 quali was driving and OnStar had it towed to what we found was the closest Chevrolet dealership. They told me they'd look at it but there were only 3 qualified technicians to work on Volts. So 3 days later they determined they couldn't figure out what was wrong. Personally I think 3 days is a bit long to come up with nothing. Here's the worst part, I was told that the motor in the passenger window was bad. So, when I went to get the car back my window was down and they told me they couldn't get it back up and that it would be $435 to fix it. Well, the window was up when I brought the car in so why would they give me back the car with the window stuck down and 10 more miles on the odometer. Not pleased at all. I am now contacting Chevrolet corporate to report this situation. I am not telling people not to go there but so far I have no reason to recommend it. More
