Not that great this time I was disappointed with my service this time, I had called the warranty for clarification on what was covered on my vehicle(Bumper to Bumper) on 6/16 I was disappointed with my service this time, I had called the warranty for clarification on what was covered on my vehicle(Bumper to Bumper) on 6/16 I spoke in detail with a rep who stated my tire was covered under warranty and then transferred me to Joe at courtesy who educated me about the tire I had to place an order for the tire to be sent to Courtesy Joe was very helpful and informative and I really appreciated that. I made an appointment and had the car towed in by roadside chevrolet, my advisor was Katrina and when I went to sign the paperwork she advised me that there would be a $250.00 dollar fee, I was taken by this? I told Katrina I was advised this was a covered service, I showed her my case number and email and again still said not covered so when I showed her the email she says that shows you had a conversation? Exactly about the service being covered, I felt like she insulted my intelligence as if I imagined this ? I had to tell her I am not stupid this was told to me so I had to spend 30 minutes looking for the warranty info and then contacted the department and was told the rep made a mistake but the notes did reflect this was covered. Katrina had no compassion, was very short nor did she attempt to help me validate the info. I am sure she works with warranty department everyday. Tone of voice and empathy is everything to a customer! More
