He lacked transparency in providing me the Costco price via email citing: “ No sorry, Costco program requires Costco member to show Costco card in person to a Costco Dealership Represented.” Really? Especially during this pandemic where shoppers like myself would rather shop from home? I’ve reached out to other dealers in the area and neither have hesitated to provide a discounted price via email due to not being able to see my Costco card in person. This is a lame excuse and makes me feel Joe fits the role of the stereotypical “used car salesman”. Shame. More
