Larry Cook started me on the path to a new car in one of our conversations when I had my Malibu in for service. Kris and Edward were very courteous, and answered my questions regarding the 2020 Camaro. The test drive with Kris where he pointed out all the different things on the Camaro sold me on the car. Edward took the time before I even went in for a test drive, answering my questions. I can't imagine going anywhere else for purchasing a car or getting my car serviced. More

I had several optional parts installed on my vehicle. The dealership told me they could/would install a set of Off Road lights (SOLD ON THE CHEVY WEBSITE). I have been waiting on these lights now for 2 months. I get no phone calls, no status. Every time I contact my salesperson, I am told, "I'm working on it". or "It's not that simple." I was supposed to receive plates/registration from their sister store in Phoenix, AZ. They sent my package to my home and I had to Fed Ex the package myself. I am now 2 weeks from Temp tag expiration and unsure if I will receive my plates and registration before temp tags expire. I tried to contact the Sales Manager. I have left 3 voicemails in 3 separate weeks, no return phone calls. I tried calling Sales Dept during normal working hours to speak to Sales Manager and was told, "He cant help you." This is the treatment and respect you get when you spend $40,000 on a new vehicle. Prepare yourself or go elsewhere. More
