I have had some very bad and very good experiences with dealerships in the past, and this truly was at the top. The finance department was a little backed up, causing a brief delay, but Solon offered my wife and I a slice of pizza which I believe is above and beyond normal customer relations. I also was impressed the Financial Manager, I believe his name is Adolfo, recommended a secondary method of financing that saved me $8/mo on my payment. Jesus was also instrumental in helping me determine that this was the right time for me to purchase a new vehicle since my old one was over 5 years old and 100K miles, and would only be losing value. Thank you all for making my purchase enjoyable. More

When I took it to be inspected the horn didn’t work, so they wasted 2 days of my time and income repairing the car and the car recalls that needed to be rectified. They didn’t give me a discount or even gift cards to me in penance of their gross lazy incompetence… 9 months later on April 15, 2020 I was driving down the 78 freeway and about less than a mile to the El Camino Real exit my car had an "Engine Overheating" red alert, so my car struggled and "hiccuped" its way to the Target shopping center. I dispatched AAA and he came in about 20 minutes, lifted up the hood and he right away saw the problem, the coolant plastic hoes popped off! He said this is due to Kia manufacturers using cheap quality products and in the long run we the consumers have to foot the bill. I was livid! AAA recommended that my car be taken to Lael's International Auto Service which was hybrid car certified and they can give me a 10% discount. The next day Lael's mechanic said that my engine “blew up” because the coolant plastic hoes popped off and the cost would be $7,000!! He lowered it to $6,558.73 because of the covid-19 hardship but even though I was grateful it still is an egregious financial burden. According to the mechanic’s diagnosis: “Inspected cooling system and found the upper radiator hose is blown apart at connector to outlet housing. Found that upper radiator hose plastic part of hose was discolored and possible PREMATURE FAILURE”. Then April 29, 2020 the hybrid system was malfunctioning the day after my car had the engine was repaired so I took it back to Lael's International Auto Service, they told me that I had an A/C compressor defect: CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. CUSTOMER STATES: n/c CHECK ENGINE LIGHT HAS BEEN ON SINCE YESTERDAY. WARNING FOR HYBRID IS ON. CHECK AND ADVISE. Received code P0302. Viewed live scan data and inspected freeze frame data. This will cost me $2,844.01!! So let’s review I owe a car for via GM Financial currently $17,515.53 at 11% interest rate! The cost of the repair of the coolant pipes and new engine: $6,558.73 The cost of the repair of the A/C compressor $2,844.01 Total repair cost of $9,442.74!!! Grand total financed and repair cost: $26,958.27 I called JUSTIN TRUE General Sales Manager and told him what happened and how they should help me out as when they sell their product they should guarantee that the product was of not good, not great, but excellence in quality. I told him this $9,442.74 in damages would be financially devastating to me especially during the covid-19 debacle. Please can you help me in any way possible? I know my car is at 66K miles but can you help me anyways? JUSTIN TRUE couldn’t have careless. Very arrogant, snide, smug attitude and toned voice. Saying it’s not their fault that the radiator hoes blown apart at connector and was a PREMATURE FAILURE due to using inferior quality plastic hoes parts. He just hung up on me, and that’s how this dealership treats its customers as paltry cannon fodder. You would think JUSTIN TRUE would make a “good faith” effort to compensate me fully or make a concession and partly compensate me for the damages on the car to show the San Diego community that his dealership has its back on his customers especially during the devastating covid-19 crisis. The customer would sing a praiseworthy review and would be a great tax write off, and invaluable public relations to the community it claims to serve honorably. Just because my car is only 6k miles above the factory warranty doesn’t mean you should just dismiss my pleas for help, or any customer for that matter, JUSTIN TRUE. You must do what is morally right, JUSTIN TRUE. Just because something is legal, doesn’t make it morally justified. I am willing to retract this disparaging review of your dealership, JUSTIN TRUE, if you are willing to help me out. The decision is yours, because the customers aren’t going to look at your dealership in a favorable light because what it shows is that you do not guarantee and stand by the products that which you sell as being excellent quality. Remember JUSTIN TRUE, the buck stops with you. Your customers are going to read this review and be very hesitant to purchase any of your cars as there is an intrinsic risky gamble that in the long run, it can cost them repair damages that could potentially cost them nearly $10,000!! Also customers are going to read this review and see that you, JUSTIN TRUE, are a cold, uncompassionate man that doesn’t have an ounce pity for his own customers during the covid-19 crisis! More

I left my car at the dealership for 3 days, but a lot of work had to be done to fix the issue, not to mention they looked super busy with a bunch of trucks coming in for service. I appreciate that when my service rep asked if I wanted to perform the regular maintenance, and when I told him no, he respected my decision and simply did not push me any further. My car was washed upon pickup, which is a nice plus! Thanks for the great service, Larry. More
Everything went great. Good customer service. Explained everything about what was needed on my car. I only could do the oil change and both air filters. I bought the fuel additive and put it in myself. everything about what was needed on my car. I only could do the oil change and both air filters. I bought the fuel additive and put it in myself. More
