Had to get my kids picked up by 3PM so I paid at 2PM and waited for 20 minutes without getting the car back. went to ask Rafael for help but he was on the phone and Larry had to help someone else so I asked the guys out on the lot for help and they hadn't even gotten the call yet from cashier to release my car. I told them "no car wash" so that I could go already, another 10 minutes later I get the car pulled around. :( Nice guys, poor logistical performance though when it came to looking out for my time and money. Mostly had to do with the poor quality of product and the logistics on the lot. More

Disappointing and Delightful The Good: Let me first say that I love the truck I bought and I think I got a reasonable deal on the vehicle. Tanguy Pepiot was very knowledgeable and a really good guy. Adolfo Villanueva did a great job with the reams of paperwork. When I returned to get the truck, Sergio Zamora was very helpful and got the job done very nicely and with good humor. Miguel presented a very clean and detailed vehicle. The Bad: The problems began when the advertised price was raised by over $2000 by adding in "options" that were already on the vehicle. It's my understanding that doing so is against the law. Even if it is somehow legal, it is clearly unethical. The net result was a distasteful negotiation to deal with that. The Ugly: Then I had to deal with a sales manager (whose name I don't know) who was the epitome of every bad characteristic of the stereotypical used car salesman. He did all the "slick" tricks and then, when we didn't agree, refused to let Tanguy give us a ride back to our airplane to go home. (At least he didn't have our car keys that he surely would have "lost" to keep us in the building.) This man should never be allowed to represent your company in any way. Were it not for that one person, I would rate your company more highly. He ruined it for me and probably for all the people to whom I've now told this story. They all seemed to ask the same question, "why is it called Courtesy Chevrolet when such a discourteous person is in a position of authority?" If you want more detail, I would be glad to provide it.
