Return This unfortunately was the fourth time I had to bring back my vehicle for repair due to an motor vehicle accident. Repairs were initially completed by another company and there was still a problem and they were unable to determine why the car was still having difficulty. Due to Larry's (my service representative) indulgence and patience he was able to put the repairs in place even though there was a misunderstanding between him and the insurance company (he was only looking out for Courtesy as the responsible person was not me). Two more problems occurred which he handled with the utmost courtesy and professionalism and my vehicle is once again on the road. More
