Issue with Advertized Price Had a little issue with the price advertised and the in store price. This was fixed after a short discussion. Oil change & tire rotation I saw a technician brought my car out so I went to the cashier's desk and inquired about it. The lady said she was waiting for paperwork and that I need to check with the service technician that checked me in. She then went back to reading a book. I thought she could have provided better customer service by telling me she would check with the service technician on the paperwork. Comparing her to the service technician was like night and day. The service technician was very courteous, acknowledged greeted me when I arrived. I had a very positive experience at the beginning but the end was not very good. The good rating I gave below was the reflection of the service technician that checked me in. More
