Very unprofesional It took 2 1/2 weeks to get my truck fixed, when I went to pick it up the truck was dirty with lots o bird drops, I ask them to clean it because when I It took 2 1/2 weeks to get my truck fixed, when I went to pick it up the truck was dirty with lots o bird drops, I ask them to clean it because when I took it in my truck was just detailed, they said the washing machine was broken so they sprayed some water and dry it out, very poor job, Unfortunately I don't have a choice but to still bring the truck for service due to my extended warranty that I pay for, I just have to keep an eye closer every time I bring the vehicle for service. To be fair, Larry Cook my service provider he try hard to pleased my needs but unfortunately I know for a fact he is not able to do much other than making sure the vehicle is being taking care of. Most of the problems and complains I have are beyond his control. More

Strange noise in Camaro rear end I brought my camaro in for rear end problems. The rear end was replaced under warranty which made me very happy. Luckily Larry and his team noticed my I brought my camaro in for rear end problems. The rear end was replaced under warranty which made me very happy. Luckily Larry and his team noticed my tires and brakes were in need of replacing. They took care of that also. With the camaro being a low profile sitting car, its hard to notice if the tires are bad. Im glad they noticed, because I can't be driving around and unexpectedly have a blowout. More

Worst customer service after purchase. Got a used suv, could not find a Jack or the tool for the spare tire,check engine light one week after purchase, called and asked if they could check Got a used suv, could not find a Jack or the tool for the spare tire,check engine light one week after purchase, called and asked if they could check the light and supply the Jack and tool. They refused to help on both counts unless I played for both. I think that at least the Jack issue is a safety issue and it should have at least been disclosed at time of purchase.
