Unfortunate Used 2019 Cadillac experience 10/18 - Showed interest in vehicle at $30,500 could not reach agreement with trade in 11/6 - Reduced price 11/7 - qu Used 2019 Cadillac experience 10/18 - Showed interest in vehicle at $30,500 could not reach agreement with trade in 11/6 - Reduced price 11/7 - quoted $31,600 w/ trade in, still same price overall when it was at $30,500 11/9 - After reduced price quoted $28,799.09 out the door w/ trade in. I was out of town and could not make it in on Saturday when presented the deal. 11/11 - I believe price was reduced by $500 but cannot recall 11/12 - Went in and showed quoted price, Andy said that was Saturday deal and would honor the deal anymore. (WHAT??) 11/14 - Reduced price $28,500 11/14 - Received email from Georgi that $28,799 out the door w/ trade in was still on table (WHAT, I drove down two days earlier and was refused that price). Additionally, price was reduced and USAA member. 11/16 - Purchased vehicle for $30,589 without trad in (CARMAX gave me a better trade in value) 11/16 - Georgi and Ken Emmons said that the SIM card for the navigation would be delivered shortly, since the advertisement showed Navigation. Additionally, when leaving the lot I received 1 key (WHAT) one key from a dealership, I was told they would get another. 11/21 - I was told SIM card was ordered. Additionally, regarding key I'm now told by Georgi "We don’t get a second key with every used vehicle, I was going to see if we the rental company has it and sends it to us. I will keep an eye out, if we don’t get one you would have to order one through a Cadillac dealership" (WHAT I know have to get a second key) 12/1 - I have not received Navigation SIM card or second key as of writing this review. (Two weeks after sale) Overall this experience has been like dealing with a non reputable Used Car Dealership instead of a professional Chevrolet Dealership. Stating, that was Saturdays deal after I drive 30 miles then turn around and give me that same deal the next day. Giving me only one key and not having the advertised Navigation system. This was an unfortunate experience. Robert More
Felt like walking into your Small Town Dealership I had a great experience at this dealership. I especially appreciated my salesperson Adam Allison who was very easy going but also knowledgeable and p I had a great experience at this dealership. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to get me exactly what I was looking for. The whole staff was really helpful and friendly. Poor Service experience They did not give a fair estimate on the amount of time needed to fix the issue (Service Transmission indicator on Bolt and Tire Rotation). It took th They did not give a fair estimate on the amount of time needed to fix the issue (Service Transmission indicator on Bolt and Tire Rotation). It took them 7 days to "fix" this and they made me run multiple times between Service advisors counters and billing, because they could not sort of their paperwork properly and I was the one doing it for them. After taking the car back, I found that they had not even inflated the tires properly. This is ridiculous and I am not taking my car to them again. I had a couple of experiences before when they wouldn't recognize the appointment that I had booked online and I had to pressurize them to honor it. More
