Overall bad experience I did not enjoy the car buying experience from this dealership. Lack of quality service, unwilling to negotiate price as my offer price was never disc I did not enjoy the car buying experience from this dealership. Lack of quality service, unwilling to negotiate price as my offer price was never discussed and only ignored. I did not appreciate being belittled with my offers. In addition, the majority of dealers nowadays are taking part in ripping people off by adding $2500 in unwanted additions such as $199 for “Nitrogen” filled tires, $595 for window tint, $995 for an alarm system and $595 for door edge guards. These dealerships are blatantly robbing people of invaluable additions as I do not support any dealership that takes part in this practice. I did not purchase any of these far-fledged additions. I do understand this is a business transaction and the dealership is to make a profit, but I do not condone in ripping people off and raising the price of the car through ridiculous additions. I was also never told my credit would be re-run. The finance rep was implying they run the credit Incase my check doesn’t clear or I steal the car, he wasn’t very pleasant to work with. The communication between staff is very poor. The condition of the car at delivery was also sub-par. Also, I received an email from my banker where I have my loan from and the dealership has yet to furnish the required information the bank needs to fund the loan. All in all, the experience resonates the tone of this dealership and it’s not a Courtesy to their customers. More
