Did not complete a simple task correctly. I took my 2014 Volt (previous CPO purchase from this dealer) to Courtesy Chevrolet for a factory-scheduled 52,500 mile routine maintenance service (ba I took my 2014 Volt (previous CPO purchase from this dealer) to Courtesy Chevrolet for a factory-scheduled 52,500 mile routine maintenance service (basically oil/filter, tire rotation and basic vehicle inspection) along with a preventative 12V AGM battery replacement (it was still fine but done preventative given this is a key component and we are in a rural area where you do not want to have this become a problem). 1 week after the vehicle service I decided to adjust the front/rear tire pressure and discovered when the Dealer did the tire rotation they neglected to reset the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system). As such, now the pressures in each of the tires on the TPMS do not reflect the actual tire temps (front vs. rear; left vs. right).. Needless to say when you rotate tires you must reset the TPMS to reflect actual front/back/left/right indications. This is is pretty routine and simple task that was not completed correctly by this Dealer. As such, I am now unsure whether they would be able to correctly provide more in-depth More
