I went in looking at a used Camaro and left out in a brand new Trax! Sweet little ride, they took my trade in... a 2015 Hyundai Sonata and they made it as easy as possible. I was there a few hours and they made sure that I ate and offered me a tasty sandwich. I think anyone that goes to this dealership won't be sorry. More
service manager WAS horrible My tahoe ac went out two weeks after i bought the car, got the run around a few times, was told i couldn't have an apt since i couldn't bring my car My tahoe ac went out two weeks after i bought the car, got the run around a few times, was told i couldn't have an apt since i couldn't bring my car in the same morning of a open apt time.as i work at 6am ,an they arnt open then.i would be considered a drop off. my car was there all night/ all day an still wasn't looked at. I called a few times to ask why i wasn't offered an apt, i Finally got ahold of the manager(scott) to simply ask why i can't just have an apt since my car was already there. He stated that apt are NOT for the car to be looked at ,they are for the adviser to review the car. i asked WHO was the adviser, that i needed to speak with them for an apt then, HE raised his voice an said it was him But he DONT look at the cars, then i stated you just told me you were the adviser . which didn't make sense.. HE said he RUNS the shop, Well duh your the manager, then when i asked for a rental car He ONCE again was RUDE TO ME. You do not raise your voice to women Nor costumers that way, at all.. i simply just wanted my car looked at to tell me what was wrong with it..WIth out A RUDE MANAGER..Rafeal the person whom helped take care of my car paperwork, rental care paperwork, an everything else was very kind with me.cleary explained it to me.I hope scott the service manger LEARNS how to handle his explanations to costumers better, cuz he wasn't kind an made me cry, due to feeling belittled. More

Mom's New Car! I loved them from the beginning. John Boyer, our Sales Representative was amazing from the get-go. He followed up and confirmed our appt. We got the I loved them from the beginning. John Boyer, our Sales Representative was amazing from the get-go. He followed up and confirmed our appt. We got there and he met us at the door. He showed us the car we were looking at online but it was a no go. He listened to our needs then he found the perfect car, Ford Traverse. I test drove it and it has power. It's a beautiful car and met all of my mom's needs and wants. Andy the finance guy was able to get us at comfortable payment and then we signed all the needed documents.
