Just another crappy dealership Upsell, upsell, upsell. A self-proclaimed “no pressure” experience still turned out to be far less than stellar. I went for a very specific vehicle due to its competitive price (with rebates). But it was not a car I was excited about, but it was a purely practical purchase. The salesman was mostly pleasant. The finance office, not so much. I was repeatedly “coached” to give high survey responses before I even received the keys. The salesman followed up with me because his manager told him “no one filled out a review.” But I showed him where my link was no longer working because I’d already filled out the survey. Additionally, 5-star was not set up right. Then, a year down the road, I was contacted to trade in my car and purchase a new Chevy. No, no, no. This is just like every other dealership, DESPITE being “family owned.” Here’s a pro-tip: Millennials have no patience to abide the typical bull crap. Try something different if you want better survey results. More
