Horrible Service I drive past 2 service departments to get serviced at Mission Valley because their service has always been beyond awesome! This service was horrible. I drive past 2 service departments to get serviced at Mission Valley because their service has always been beyond awesome! This service was horrible. I didn’t even buy my car here. They left my car sitting for 30 minutes after it had been finished. I had to go and ask to get my keys. It then took 10 minutes to get the papers so I could sign them and actually get my keys. The first set of paperwork was wrong because I was supposed to pay for service and the first set of papers I signed I got my keys and wasn’t charged. I asked why I wasn’t charged and then the service advisor sent the correct paperwork. I should have just walked away and not say anything without paying anything because they obviously didn’t care enough to make sure it was the right paperwork. More

Courtesy Chevrolet is less expensive, due in large part to the fact that if you do the work they diagnosed car with they refund the diagnosis fee.
