I take it in every year for a checkup, oil change and tire rotation. I thought it would be more of the same this time, but Rafael Ramirez explained that due to the age of my car — not the mileage — a laundry list of other things should be done. It was a bit more painful to my wallet than I expected, but I used a coupon from the dealer as well as some Chevrolet Rewards to bring the price down a bit. There's no substitute for knowing that your car is in good shape under the hood. More

Not that great This whole place leaves a lot to be desired. Upon arrival, no one was there to greet me. I had to walk in to service area, no one said hi good morning for awhile, granted they were helping others and then after about 3 minutes, I got a we will be with you in a few minutes. All I came in for was an oil change. I was advised I need the 9 quart when really only needed 6. Then I gave the service gentleman my phone number to contact me 3 times so that I could be notified when the vehicle was ready for pick up. This was really important because my husband is a day sleeper and I didn't want him bothered and I am the one who was responsible for the vehicle. Mr. Ramirez assured me that I would receive a phone call, and I asked specifically, should I call and check on it. No I'll call you was the reply. I never received that phone call and I called around 1pm to finally find out it was ready for pick up around 11. When I arrived home for the day I found out that my husband was texted (after I specifically relayed to Mr. Ramirez that I was to be contacted). My husband sleeps during the day and this interrupted his sleep for no other reason than clear incompetence. The vehicle was not washed when I picked it up. There is just a level of service that I receive when take our other vehicle to that dealership (kia) that really sets them apart. Maybe you all do great service on vehicles but your customer service is not on point. More
