Then the rear passenger door lacked the retractor to keep it opened when the uber/Lyft passenger was trying to get out. They forgot to tint my back windows. I am still waiting for the contact information of the bank who finance my car! More

Georgi Radkov was great to work with and he sold us our 2017 Silverado Truck and this current 2019 Traverse. He's very "comfortable" to work with and we appreciate that immensely. Larry Cook is a fantastic service manager and has serviced four of the five vehicles we have purchased from Chevrolet. If it weren't for having to see Larry that particular day, we may not have purchased our new Traverse. We had our Silverado in for its 25,000 service and looked around the lot while we were waiting. We had been thinking of possibly purchasing a new vehicle in the next 6 months and after seeing and test driving the Traverse, we took the leap. Courtesy Chevrolet has a GREAT team of people to work with and we couldn't recommend them more highly! More

Slow getting repair We had an 8 AM appointment on Tuesday to fix a window that suddenly would not close on our Volt. On Tuesday afternoon, when no one had returned our ca We had an 8 AM appointment on Tuesday to fix a window that suddenly would not close on our Volt. On Tuesday afternoon, when no one had returned our call for a finish time, we went to the dealership to see what was happening. The car had not even been looked at yet despite the appointment. The same happened the next day. Finally, late in the afternoon, we got a text, not a call, that the car was ready. Since most people need their cars and need to plan when they are in the shop, it would seem that answering calls and also calling to inform of a delay would be the right thing to do. This also happened when we brought the same car in for mandatory service. More
