Compromising at its finest. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the man who helped me on saturday 1/12/19. But words can’t express how much of a help he was. Got a great deal on my certified pre-owned pick-up! My experience with this dealership is average. I am military, stationed in San Diego, but was transferring out-of-state within a few weeks of purchasi My experience with this dealership is average. I am military, stationed in San Diego, but was transferring out-of-state within a few weeks of purchasing the vehicle. The final sale was satisfactory but the negotiating process was time consuming. After completing the purchase I still needed floor liners ordered and installed but I felt that the parts department and the sales department lacked communication. The only thing I was truly dissatisfied with about my experience was that the Sales Person that installed my liners was not experienced enough and mistakenly cut two unnecessary holes in the liners in an attempt to make them fit in the backseat. I also wish that they were more knowledgeable about military perks so that I could have avoided California sales tax but I did have a California driver's license at the time. Oh well, lesson learned. Make sure you do your research before visiting Courtesy Chevrolet or any vehicle dealership to ensure you get the most for your money. More
