I just don’t feel very welcomed by the service department. I had an appointment to bring my 2015 Tahoe for an oil change. This is the second time I brought my truck in for service. Only because it’s convenien I had an appointment to bring my 2015 Tahoe for an oil change. This is the second time I brought my truck in for service. Only because it’s convenient and I generally find a coupon. There is no one in the driveway to greet me. Never. When I walk in they don’t even look at you. Some service guy didn’t even say good morning, I don’t remember how he got the conversation started. What happened to common courtesy? Oh, wait a minute, isn’t that the name of the place? Courtesy Chevrolet? The same service guy finds my reservation in the computer. I ask him if my $50 Facebook coupon is good. He told me I would take it to the counter later. He tells me that I am 2000 miles past a 30,000 mile service. He tells me at something like $450 and all this stuff they’re going to do. Basically it’s a oil, oil filter and air filter change for $450. He said the $50 coupon would lower the price. He said he couldn’t give any other discounts because that was the lowest they priced it at. He asked me what time I need the vehicle back. I told him to o’clock. He told me he had needed and at least till 3 PM. I agreed. I came back to pick the vehicle up at 3 o’clock. He walked me over to the cashier. The paperwork was ready. Except he forgot to apply the $50 coupon. They needed to redo the paperwork. And so I waited. I get in the vehicle. I see that they did not reset the oil change reminder. I get out of the vehicle. I go back to the service person. He resets it. As far as I know the work got done. They took my money. The service department could use a few classes in courtesy. You just don’t feel very welcomed there. Sorry if you feel I’m being so blunt. More

When I recently came in to have my truck serviced I worked with Andy Reaves. Mr. Reaves was helpful, thorough, and provided me a realistic time frame with which to return to pick up my vehicle. The service was completed before the time he provided me. Because of Jared and Andy I will definitely return to Courtesy Chevrolet. Five stars hands down. More
