Horrible customer service personnel on the counter Service advisor “Larry” can use some more training on his people skills. You have a grumpy, judgmental possibilly racist individual respresenting Chev Service advisor “Larry” can use some more training on his people skills. You have a grumpy, judgmental possibilly racist individual respresenting Chevrolet on the forefront making all the wrong impression. This Courtesy Chevrolet in Mission Valley is the closest for my residency and i have to admit I felt less than a valued customer even though i cane in for a recall. The rest of the staff went above and beyond but the first impression along with Larry’s less informative communication skills will be a huge reasoning for me not to ever go back to this particular Chevy service station. Excellent, intelligent service I found a minivan online at this dealership that I wanted to check out. Even though it was a Dodge minivan (at a Chevy dealership), the salesman Kamer I found a minivan online at this dealership that I wanted to check out. Even though it was a Dodge minivan (at a Chevy dealership), the salesman Kameron was really knowledgeable about the features of the van and how it worked. Everybody we worked with was very professional. They were also patient with my girls, even when they spilled water on the floor. As far as price goes, I thought the price was really competitive compared to other minivans I had searched for. Couldn’t be happier! More
