Started shaky but ended up very good When I first came in Larry Cook was not in and I had to deal with someone else. Larry was out and not coming in until the afternoon. I'm not sure who it was by name so I did not rate them below but would have been 2 stars below Larry. I was told it would next day before they could even put a tester on my truck to see why the engine light was on and I figured the same for putting on new tires. The problem could have been caused from a recent fuel injection service. Reluctantly I said then I would need transport home in Lakeside. He mentioned something about a $20 limit but did authorize a ride home for me. When at home I looked up my warranty papers and a rental car was authorized for breakdowns but after calling a car rental place they said it had to be arranged by the dealership. I called and left a message but when I didn't get an answer back right away, I called and said to just cancel everything I would be there at 5:30 pm to pick up. I was wishing I had not left the truck in the first place. In the meantime Larry called me and said to give him an hour and he would have the tires finished and the engine light checked. Larry came through for me as he always does and I was able to pick my truck up at 5:30 pm with the new tires on, the engine light reset and the truck washed. This is not the first time I have had exceptional service from Larry. More

COURTESY CHEVROLET. San Diego SUCKS! I bought a 2019 Chevrolet Spark. I was told it was electric and gas powered. The salesman told me it got 40 mpg. It gets 20 mpg. I was promised free I bought a 2019 Chevrolet Spark. I was told it was electric and gas powered. The salesman told me it got 40 mpg. It gets 20 mpg. I was promised free 12 months of On Star, I received 1 month. The Wi-fi does not work. I exceeded my monthly usage immediately. I was told the vehicle had electric power, as well as gas. After I purchased it, I was informed it would cost thousands extra to use the electric features. I paid extra for electric door locks and the service department has refused to install them. The General Manager will not return my calls. This is a terrible dealer. They promise everything and lie, to sell their cars. The Salesman, Ignacio, was very ignorant about the vehicles and had to ask his supervisors every question I asked. They gave him the wrong and deceitful information. The only reason I made business with them was I promised my wife the vehicle they had. If you are looking for real good prices and honest culture Courtesy Chevrolet is not where you want to be.And not only they will rip you the maintenance team is the worst I ever seen in a dealer. Just 1 hour after leaving the dealer the vehicle brakes failed putting me in risk of accident twice. They are careless about clients safety or life. And if that is not enough they made various credit checks against my will because was a direct sale no finance required. I told them do not search my credit and however they did without even tell me. Trying to pay was painful since they do not accept more than $3000.00 what is a really shady business behavior only comparable with scams and money laundering business. I will never return to that dealer and will tell all people I know to stay away from them More
