Great Customer Service Mediocre Vehicle Servicing Two trips to dealer to fix a computer error light so truck could pass smog. First trip, light didn't stay off long enough to get to smog test station Two trips to dealer to fix a computer error light so truck could pass smog. First trip, light didn't stay off long enough to get to smog test station. After second visit problem is now intermittent and the light was off long enough for the truck to pass the smog test. I had to work over a week to earn the money to the computer light to go off long enough to pass my smog test and I'm not sure my money was well spent. The actual mechanics seem to do exactly what they are asked of and no more. A running light is out on the vehicle and this was never discussed. When I get my vehicle back I want to feel that the dealer has looked it over and it's good. I don't get a feeling of confidence with this dealership in terms technical proficiency. Customer service is great but satisfaction in the quality of workmanship in regards to technical service is nominal. More
