But for me is not just the car, it is the way they were treating us, even when I had to go and my wife was still there. They are gentlemen. Exquisite. I don't mind pay a little bit more if I have the certainty that I will enjoy the car for years because I did a good purchase. They didn't push, they were fair enough since the beginning. I was In bad mood after being the whole morning in another car dealer where I lost my time. But everything changed when my wife and I arrived to Courtesy Chevrolet . My sales person Macaria Rivera was also very nice and helpful. The cars is pretty darn cool also....Without a doubt, the smoothest car buying experience to date! More

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this dealership! I had sent in all my information via their sales website the day before so I knew whether or not I would be able to purchase the car we w dealership! I had sent in all my information via their sales website the day before so I knew whether or not I would be able to purchase the car we were looking for, shortly after I submitted my information, I received a phone call from a nice gentleman that said with my credit score(mid-upper 600 range)I should have no problems being financed into the car I was looking at. Well the next day my fiancé and I decided to go down and take a look at the car, and had hoped to drive away in our new vehicle, unfortunately their finance department and internet sales department do not seem to communicate! The finance worker was extremely rude and pretty much laughed at what I was looking at and said it would be impossible for me to purchase a vehicle because I was a first time buyer....well, about 6 weeks later, I was able to purchase a new vehicle without a cosigner on my own for a more expensive vehicle and a lower monthly payment. I also did not have to put any money down unlike with Courtesy who had stated they would need $500 down. In my opinion, shop elsewhere! You will have much better customer service and will most likely find a lower interest rate at another dealership! More
