I was in search of a 2012 Camaro and decided I would send out requests for quotes via email to the various local dealerships. Out of the 4 or so dealerships, Ernie at Courtesy Chevrolet, was the only salespe out requests for quotes via email to the various local dealerships. Out of the 4 or so dealerships, Ernie at Courtesy Chevrolet, was the only salesperson to give me a human response. There was no beating around the bush, no "you must come in to find out", no "call us to do such and such". He immediately gave me the invoice sheet of the car in question and asked what he could do to earn my business. Through some back and forth emails, we came to an agreement and then I came in and finalized the paperwork. I was in and out in just a few hours. Ernie is by far the BEST salesman I have worked with. Very kind, friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and wanted to do as much as possible to make sure I got the deal I wanted. This was not the case when I went elsewhere. You get 0 BS with Ernie. I recommend Ernie to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. As for the rest of the staff I interacted with at Courtesy, they were all friendly and made me feel pretty much at ease while I was there.
