Took them 3 hours to complete a cabin air filter change and tire rotation. On top of that my calls were ignored until voice-mail or transferred into nothing at minimum 8 times. I'd give 5 stars but our initial communication with the dealership was not great. We filled out an online request for a car (that's what the website said to do) and never heard back. After going to the dealership, the sales person said "we never check email". In any case, we were able to order our car although we did continue to have to reach out for updates instead of getting updates from the dealer. All told, upon delivery of our new car we worked with Amir Siry who was fantastic, reliable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I still have to take the car into the dealership to fix a tinting issue. Hoping service is smooth sailing. More
